Structure any group MASP is not an HR tool. It is the structuring protocol for any organization where people work together.
Import a CSV file, compose your groups by drag and drop, then control permissions module by module from the Manager Space. In 3 steps, your group is operational — whether it is a company, a school, a union or a family.
Wherever people organize together
No sector limit. If a group needs structure, MASP is made for it.
High schools & Universities
A student union structures its members, roles and projects. A department organizes its students by year and working group.
- ✓ Groups by year or department
- ✓ Roles: president, treasurer, delegate…
- ✓ Permissions: the union shares discussions with years, not internal files
Co-owners & Associations
Co-owners organize building decisions. An association structures its thematic committees and regional branches.
- ✓ Committees by topic
- ✓ Regional branches as sub-groups
- ✓ Permissions: each committee accesses only authorized modules
Unions & Civic organizations
A union coordinates its delegates by region and sector. Citizens co-write a proposal or organize a participatory process.
- ✓ Delegates by region or sector
- ✓ Thematic working groups
- ✓ Permissions: chat open between groups, files restricted
Communities & Fans
Enthusiasts organize a collective project: event, creation, fundraising. An online community structures its roles and workspaces.
- ✓ Freely defined roles
- ✓ Groups by project or topic
- ✓ Modular permissions between teams
Businesses · Subsidiaries · Suppliers · Customer service
Import all your staff, create groups by department or subsidiary. Precisely control which modules are shared between services.
- ✓ Multi-company in a single CSV
- ✓ Total cutoff: an employee leaves a service, access is revoked immediately
- ✓ IT messages customer service without customer service being able to reply, or vice versa
Families & Close groups
A family makes an important decision together. A group of friends organizes a project with clear responsibilities and shared tracking.
- ✓ Simple and fast structure
- ✓ Access closed to members only
- ✓ Traceable and archived decisions
3 steps, your group is ready
CSV Import
Prepare your file with columns: email, username, role, company, group_name, join_mode. A template file is downloadable directly from MASP.
Group composition
Groups are generated automatically from the CSV. Refine by drag and drop: move members between groups, add or remove groups, change access modes.
ACL Permissions
From the Manager Space, configure which modules are shared between your groups: chat, writing, files, discussions, gallery, negotiation. One toggle per module, per pair of groups.
Permission control by group and by module
The core of MASP is not group creation — it is control over what each group can do with the others. No per-user permissions, no complex roles. Just groups and modules.
The manager selects two groups and enables or disables each module between them. That's it. No inheritance, no hierarchy, no nested roles.
The manager removes a permission — the group loses access immediately, including to past content. An employee changes department? Clean cutoff.
IT can send a message to Customer Service without Customer Service being able to reply. Each direction is independent.
The Manager Space displays the full permission matrix between all your groups. One click on a cell to configure.
Access control by group
Each group has its own access mode (join_mode), defined at CSV import or adjusted manually by the manager at any time.
Any registered Digital Synapse Exchange member can join freely. Ideal for association committees, student unions, open discussion groups, customer support.
Access only via a unique token link generated by the manager. Perfect for suppliers, external partners, ongoing recruitment, confidential projects.
Closed group — no new member without explicit manager action. For management, sensitive subsidiaries, legal matters. Also activates automatically when a negotiation session starts.
Your group deserves a structure.
Whatever its size, nature or sector — MASP adapts to you.
