The Role of Digital Synapse Exchange
Digital Synapse Exchange is both a modular collaborative platform and an independent research laboratory. It provides everyone — professionals, institutions, associations, collectives and individuals — with concrete tools to organize, decide together and publish freely.
The conviction: knowledge is built through exchange, and collective decision-making deserves better than a message thread. Each module of the platform was designed to meet a real need — from multi-party negotiation to secure file sharing.
The laboratory explores number structure, flow systems and applied mathematical models — notably through the FEFCS engine (Fractional Exact Flow Computing System), an innovation in exact fractional arithmetic rooted in the work of Al-Khwarizmi.
